Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator measures an individual's preferences, using four basic scales with opposite poles. The four scales are: (1) extraversion/introversion, (2) sensate/intuitive, (3) thinking/feeling, and (4) judging/perceiving. This information is helpful in areas such as: self-reflection, communication skills, team development and improved leadership effectiveness.

Begin Myers-Briggs Assessment

  • you should have 30-45 minutes of uninterupted time available for taking the assessment
  • answer all the questions at one setting--be aware there are no right or wrong answers
  • even though it may be difficult to choose, select only one answer that best indicates your preference
